We are renting 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. Our 1 bedroom start at $525.00  and our 2 bedrooms start at $600.00. Some apartments have been newly remodeled with hard wood floors, ceramic tile in the kitchens and bathrooms, as well as new built-in microwaves

We are dedicated to making our community a safe one. We have a 24-hour surveillance system. We also have the Davenport Nets Unit that works with us to ensure our neighborhood stays safe. The Owner & Managers of Summer Ridge continue to make efforts with the Neighborhood Watch Program and always encourage our residents to get involved.

Description

Summer Ridge Apartment Homes is comprised of thirty-one buildings built between the years 1977 1984 totaling 180 total units spanning (6) 4-plex buildings, (24) 6-plex buildings and (1) 12-plex building divided by layout into 47 one bedroom units, 131 two bedroom units and 2 three bedroom units with one bathroom in each unit. State-of-the-art security surveillance cameras have been installed on site and feed directly to the local police department as an added safety measure for tenants. Each building has its own parking lots and laundry facilities and construction of a common area playground is underway.
